1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup white sugar
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, diced
Melt butter, add sugar and cook til sugar is dissolved. add cubed cream cheese and stir to combine. Add corn and cheese, mix. Pour into baking dish, cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake in prepared dish (9x12) for 20 -25 minutes at 350.
