Rockey Road Delight Dip

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 1/4 cups milk chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
2 (1 1/2 ounce) favorite chocolate candy bars, coarsely chopped (I prefer snickers)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/3 cup cashews or 1/3 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped

use these for dipping

graham cracker squares
nilla wafers
can also be used as an ice cream topping


1 Preheat oven to 375*.
2 Place chocolate chips and cool whip in microwavable bowl.
3 Microwave, uncovered, on high 1-2 minutes or until melted and smooth, whisking after each 30 second interval.
4 Spoon chocolate into a 1 quart oven safe piece of bake-ware.
5 Sprinkle chopped candy bars over mixture.
6 Sprinkle nuts over the top of the chopped candy bars
7 Top with marshmallows.
8 Bake 8-10 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly toasted.
9 Serve warm with listed dipping recommendations under Ingredients
