Rhubarb Pie

A Rhubarb modification I came up with. Very delicious and simple (to an extent)

Ingredients

4 c. Chopped Rhubarb
2 Pie Crusts (Store bought or home made)
1 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Butter

Method

In mixing bowl, blend butter, rhubarb, flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Place one crust on the bottom of a pie pan, add ingredients and cover with the second crust.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until top crust is done.

Optional:
Replace half of the rhubarb with strawberries, split grapes, or small tart apples.

Bake the filling in an oven for 25 to 30 minutes and cool, then use the filling for tortes, or other purposes.
