Tuna Fish Cassarole

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1-8 oz Block of Cheese
1-Can Tuna Fish
1-Can of English Peas
1 or 2 Heaping TBSP Miracle Whip
Egg Noodles


Boil noodles, make cheese sauce by cutting cheese into small squares, adding a couple TBS butter and a small anount of milk into a sauce pan over low heat to slowly melt. If necessary, add a little more milk as cheese melts to make the cheese sauce creamy. Stir almost constantly to keep from burning and/or sticking. Drain noodles and once sauce is done, put all other ingredients on top of drained noodles in a small baking dish, spice to taste, stir gently. Bake at 325 degrees, once cheese and all other ingredients are heated together... usually 20-30 minutes. Serve.
