Pecan Pie

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 Cup Light Karo Syrup
3 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
2 TBLS Butter (melted)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup (6 ounces) Pecans
1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie crust


Mix all ingredients, except pecans, thoroughly. Mix in pecans. Pour into crust. Bake one the center rack on a baking sheet for 60-70 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 2 hours. Refrigerate.
