9 large potatoes(russet)
2 medium cooking onions
4 capfuls of vinegar
10 tbsp.Miracle Whip
10 tbsp. Hellmans Mayonnaise
Peel Potatos and slice into half lengthwise,then take the half and slice that lengthwise. Cut opposite way into cubes. About 2 1/2 inch cubes.
Rinse under cold water and drain 3x to prevent foaming. Place on high heat on large element and boil without lid. When the potato is soft when pricked with a fork it is ready to be drained. Place into a large salad bowl and sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt and 2 capfuls of vinegar. Toss gently.
You can place the 9 eggs on to boil after you place the potatos on. When placing the eggs in a medium sized pot wait till small bubbles form then turn to medium-high and set timer for 7 minutes.
Remove after 7 minutes and rinse under cold water a few times. After potatos are tossed in salad bowl you may peel and rinse off the boiled eggs in case there is any bit of shell left on it.
Slice and mix into the potatos. It is okay if the eggs get crushed while thoroughly tossing it. That's what we want. Now add the rest of salt and toss,then add the 2 capfuls of vinegar sprinkling all over. Gently toss.
Now rinse radishes and sliver them and add to bowl tossing it gently.
Peel and cut your onion in half. Now slice it very thin lengthwise.Add and toss.
Chill covered for 2 hours. Then take the miracle Whip and dump the 10 tbsps. on top. Do the same with the Hellmans dumping it on top of the Whip.
Swirl the tablespoon around and then gently fold it into the salad. Chill till ready to serve. Tastes better when it stands overnight.You can mix the Mayo and whip in a seperate bowl if you prefer. I just do it this way cause I hate xtra dishes.
