â€¢ 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
â€¢ 4 tablespoons sugar
â€¢ 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
Combine grapefruit juice, sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan. Simmer the mixture until reduced by one half (1/2 cup). Pour over grapefruit slices and chill. Serves 4
