Pink Grapefruit with Fresh Rosemary

• 2 pink grapefruits, supremed
• 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, roughly chopped


Combine grapefruit juice, sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan. Simmer the mixture until reduced by one half (1/2 cup). Pour over grapefruit slices and chill. Serves 4
