2 lbs of Chili Meat (ground beef browned, stew beef or a combination)
1 small Onion, chopped.
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped.
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (reduce the amount if you want a milder chili)
1 cup water
1/3 cup Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Ground Oregano
1 tsp Cumin
Optional
1 can of diced tomatos (you choice i use it with mild green chilis)
1 can of beans (kidney, pinto etc)
Brown Meat in skillet and drain the fat.
@Vegans Replace with more beans,Green Peppers, Red Peppers or Rice.
Put all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low until meat is tender 6 hours (High 3 hours)
@Vegans cook until the veggies are soft.
I serve this over white rice
