Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Dietary guidance: v v
1 can of French-style Green Beans, drained
1 can (LeSeur) English Peas, drained
1 can of Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 Green Bell pepper, diced (I use about 1/2)
1 cup white onion, diced
**Note**you can add some drained pimentos if desired
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.coarse Black Pepper
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. H20
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
3/4 cup Vinegar
Whisk together well and pour over drained vegetables.
Better if made the night before....
Enjoy..has a great sweet/sour taste.
