Two Bean tagine supper

Ingredients

Baked Beans (rinsed) 400g tin
Red Kidney Beans 400g tin (or any tinned beans)
Pasta Sauce (small jar) I used Tomato & Chilli by Lloyd Grossman

Method

Rinse beans using a sieve, add to a pan with sauce, slowly heat.

Vegetarian option: Serve with rice/pasta or jacket potato.

Meat eaters: Serve layered with rice, roast chicken breast & tagine.

2nd meal option using left over tagine: add to fried mince/onion/tomato or quorn mince (v) to make chilli-con-carni dish, adding small amounts of spices such as 1/2 tsp chilli, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp paprika & pinch of salt to spice it up.
