Chicken & shrimp Alfredo Fettucinne

A delicious, easy recipe for chicken & shrimp fettucinne alfredo with brocolli!

Ingredients

1 8oz bar of regular cream cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sut into strips or cubes
1 package of 100-150 peeled and deveined shrimp
1 package fettucinne noodles
4-6 cups of milk
2 tbsp basil
3 tbsp fresh minced garlic
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp EVOO

Method

Place the butter in a saute pan and melt down on medium. boil water for noodles.
add noodles
steam your broccoli
After butter is melted in pan, add cream cheese and melt, while melting continually stir with a whisk until smooth
Start cooking chicken in the EVOO
Add your milk [4-6 cups depending on how think you want it] to the smoothed cream cheese & butter in the sauce pan slowly, while whisking.
Add all spices and seasonings to sauce
put heat on med-low under sauce, and let thicken up for about 5-10 minutes
add cooked chicken and brocolli to the sauce
cook your shrimp in same pan as chicken
strain your noodles, set aside
once shrimp is cooked, add to sauce

Serve sauce over noodles =]
