2 cups of fresh basil leaves, packed
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of pine nuts, almonds, or walnuts
3 garlic cloves, minced finely
1/2 cup olive oil
Place all ingredients except for olive oil into a food processor. Blend the ingredients while slowly pouring the olive oil into the food chute, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Blend while adding the oil until it forms a somewhat thick mixture.
