Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

canned tuna
walnuts
onion, diced
low-fat mayo
raisins
celery, diced
pickles, diced
lettuce
white wine vinegar
lettuce
whole-wheat bread

Method

Drain canned tuna and mix with low-fat mayo. Add broken up walnuts, diced onion, raisins and diced celery. Instead of celery, you can use diced pickles if you prefer. Mix in a little white wine vinegar. Spread onto toasted whole wheat bread. Add lettuce and enjoy.
