sour cream
shredded sharp cheddar
Amy's canned chili or your own homemade chili
chives
butter (opt.)

Method

Bake potatoes in oven for one hour.
Heat Amy's organic chili on stovetop. Serve together with butter and/or sour cream, cheese, and top with chives.
