11oz Plain Chocolate
4oz Milk Chocolate
4oz Light Muscovado Sugar
4oz (crunchy) Peanut Butter
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
4oz Self Raising Flour
4oz Large Salted Roasted Peanuts
Preheat oven to GM4 360°F 180°C
Chop 7oz of the Plain Chocolate and all of the Milk Chocolate into rough chunks but keep seperate.
Melt remaining Plain Choc then add the sugar, butter, peanut butter, egg and vanilla and beat until well combined.
Stir in the flour, Milk Choc, nuts and half of the Plain Choc.
Spoon onto baking trays and stick remaining Plain Choc Chunks into cookies.
Bake for 10-12mins until they are tinged slightly darker around edges.
