Low-Sugar Rock Cakes

These are pretty healthy and don't really taste any different from normal Rock Buns

8oz Self Raising Flour
3oz Margerine
1oz Sugar
4oz Dried Fruit (you can use Jam instead if you prefer)
1 Egg
1-2Tbsp Milk


Preheat oven to GM5 375°F 190°C
Rub Marg into the Flour
Stir in Sugar and Fruit. (if using Jam, save it for later)
Beat the Egg and stir in with the Milk until it makes a stiff mixture.
Spoon heaps onto baking trays (if using Jam, poke a little hole in the top of each bun and spoon a little Jam inside)
Bake for 15-20mins
