4 medium chops,4 tblspns butter or margarine,half a medium onion, 1 cup of sunny D, 1 cup of long grain rice
brown 4 medium chops in a 14" skillet. remove and add 4 tblspns of butter, half a medium onion(chopped) and 1 cup of long grained rice. brown rice and onions. add 1 cup of sunny D and bring to a boil. return chops to skillet, cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. goes great with any vegetable.
