Cheesy Chicken Dip

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 fresh jalapeño (chopped - leave seeds if you want it spicy)
1 clove garlic, minced
8oz shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
8oz Mayo
8oz (1 block) cream cheese
1 can diced green chilies (I used 1 can of diced green chilies plus 1 TBS diced jalapeños (canned))
2 cans Swanson Premium Chicken Breast (I used a whole rotisserie chicken (no skin), meat chopped into small, bite-sized pieces)
Salt and pepper to taste (I used Adobo and pepper)


Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Mix mayo, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper with hand-mixer until fluffy. Stir in Cheese, diced chilies, jalapeño, and chicken. Spoon into casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
