1 vanilla caramel tea bag
2 chai tea bags
2 cups half-and-half
1 cup cream
1/2 cup sugar


in a medium saucepan, combine half-and-half, cream and sugar. bring to simmer, then add tea bags and steep for 30-45 minutes. remove the tea bags and refrigerate until chilled. pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for about 25-30m.
