Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 1/2 pounds chicken, in strips
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup cornflakes, crushed
1/4 cup flaxseed, ground
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
salt and pepper
Beat eggs in a shallow container.
Mix breading ingredients (cornflakes, flaxseed, parmesan, salt and pepper) in a second shallow container.
Place chicken strips first in egg mixture and then coat with breading.
Place on baking sheet in one layer.
Bake at 400F for ~15 minutes; turn halfway through.
