Italian Meatballs

These are great on their own, but also a great addition to spaghetti.

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 6-8


1 1/2lbs Italian Sausage
1lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp minced garlic


Mix eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, cheese, and garlic in a large bowl. Once evenly mixed, add meat and work together. Do not overwork the meat, but try and get everything evenly mixed. Roll into even balls about a 1 1/2in thick. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 20 mins. They should be cooked through at this point, but if you are putting them into a spaghetti sauce, you can now transfer them into the sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes. DELISH!
