1 Mix crust ingredients together.
2 Pat mixture into a 9x13-inch pan.
3 Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
4 While crust is baking, combine these filling ingredients first: beaten eggs, sugar, and lemon juice.
5 Gradually add flour and baking powder to the mixture.
6 Mix well until "frothy".
7 Immediately after taking crust out of oven, pour in filling.
8 Bake 20-25 minutes at 350°F
9 Tip: Watch filling at 20 minutes ? it should turn a little brown spotted on top, but not a lot.
10 Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool (if you so wish).
