â€¢ 1 pound ground turkey
â€¢ 1/4 cup panko crumbs
â€¢ 1 egg white
â€¢ 2 tablespoons minced scallions
â€¢ 1 clove garlic, minced
â€¢ 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
â€¢ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
â€¢ Zest, juice of 1 lemon
â€¢ 1 tablespoon canola oil
In a large bowl, blend ground turkey with panko, egg white, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, parsley, lemon zest and juice. Shape into 4 equal patties.
Heat canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey patties for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
