Cilantro Pesto

1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Dash of ground red pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 cups loosely packed cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


Place everything except for the olive oil in a food processor, and process until finely blended. With processor on, slowly pour oil through food chute, and process until well blended.
