Peach cobbler

Last minute dessert idea .. or in my case..what i bake when i don't want to work/study

Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking time: 40mins

Serves: 4-5


1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
tinned peaches


Melt the butter in baking dish (i use pyrex) in an oven set to 180degrees Celsius.
Whilst that's going on - mix flour + sugar + baking powder in a bowl then add milk.

When the butter has melted, arrange tin peaches on it. Then drizzle the flour mixture over the peaches.

Cook in the oven for 30mins-40mins or until brown on top.
