White Wine, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Sugar, Green Onions, Garlic
The Marinade is very simple, it can be done in a small baking pan or a plastic bag (sealable). Put the piece of meat (or pieces) into the container and fill with white wine just enough to cover the meat halfway (usually about a cup should do it, maybe more depending on how big the piece of meat is). Next add the same amount of soy sauce to the mixture as well as a teaspoon of sesame oil. Cut up some green onions and garlic and throw it into the mixture and let it sit and soak for at least 2 hours. When ready I bake the meat in a 450 degree oven on a baking rack that is over a baking pan to catch the drippings. But before you put it on the oven add some white sugar to both sides of the piece of meat just so there is a thin layer that covers both side (this is so that you get a nice caramelized crust). Bake for 7 and a half minutes on each side (maybe more if it is a thicker piece of meat).
After the 15 minutes take it out and place it on a plate and cover it with tin foil for 10 minutes to allow the piece of meat to rest and to allow it time to reabsorb all of the juices so when you cut into it, it won't lose all the juices.
Pictured in the picture is just a side of sauteed vegetables, place a pot or a frying pan over medium heat and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil into it, add the vegetables you wish (pictured is chopped celery, cut up baby carrots, and chopped sweet onion). Add in black pepper and salt and stir occasionally, cut for about 5-6 minutes.
