Bev's Spinach Dip

Great spinach dip recipe which is always a big hit at parties.

Ingredients

1 package Knoor dry vegetable soup mix
1 package of frozen spinach, drained well
1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste
1 loaf french bread
1 french bread round.

Method

Blend soup mix, spinach, mayonnaise and spices to taste.
Cut off the top of the bread round and hollow out the bottom.
Cut the top of the bread round into cubes.
Cut the loaf of french bread into cubes.
Add the mixture to the hollowed-out bread round.
Serve so people can dip the bread cubes into the dip and enjoy!
