Crab Rangoo Eggroll

Crab rangoo in eggroll form

2 tubs soft cream cheese
4 cups crab meat (imitation or the real stuff)
1 pack dry onion soup mix
1 small can mushrooms-drained (optional)
1 pack eggroll wraps
1 egg
1 tbsp water
fryer of vegetable oil.


Mix cream cheese, crab meat, onion soup, mushrooms. Sit aside.
Beat the egg and mix with water.
Use 1 eggroll wrap at a time- brush all edges with egg/water mix.
Put 1-3 tbls of cheese mix in the middle of the wrap. Roll up eggroll wrap making sure all side are sealed. Egg the last seal of roll.
Using a fryer with vegetable oil heated to 400 degrees, place the rolls (2 at a time) until golden brown- turning it throughout frying.
Once golden brown remove from oil and place on paper towel.
