Ingredients

flour, 1.5 c.
yeast, 1/8 tsp
warm water, 1 c.

Method

1. Mix, stir with wooden spoon (why wooden?), cover loosely, hide from vermin.
Stir every 8-12 hrs until bubbly and sour, 1-2 days.
