Peach Cobbler

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 can (16-ounce) sliced peaches in syrup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter and spread in bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Empty Peaches and syrup in bottom of pan. Use spoon to space the peaches out. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, flour and egg. Pour mixture over the peaches. Bake until brown (about an hour)
