Ulltimate Macaroni & Cheese

This recipe is taken from the lid of the 2% Velveeta box and is very simple to make.

Ingredients

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 lb. (12 oz) 2% VELVEETA, cut up
1/3 cup 1% milk
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Method

Cook the macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain well. Return to pan.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

YIELD: 4 servings (1 cup each)
