Turkey Stuffing

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 cup poultry seasoning, varied depending on taste
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 whole wheat loaf of bread
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped small
3/4 cup butter


1) melt butter in fry pan over medium heat
2) saute celery and onion
3) break bread loaf into bite sized pieces
4) add spices, toss to coat
5) add sauteed celery and onion to bread mixture
6) add more poultry seasoning if desired
7) stuff turkey
