Salmon Avocado Salad

2 cups mixed greens
2 carrots chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 oz. salmon in water, drained
1 cup red or black grapes
1/2 avocado sliced
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar


1) arrange greens on plates
2)add carrots, yellow pepper, grapes and avocado
3) break salmon so it's in bite sized chunks, add to salad
4) Mix together olive oil and balsamic vinegar in measuring cup or custard dish
5) drizzle over salad,toss to coat; serve immediately
