Light Seafood Salad

Ingredients

1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. creole
1 lb. salad prawns
8oz.crab meat chunks, broken up
1 1/2 cups fresh chopped aspargus
1/2 finely chopped red onion
1/2 chopped red bell pepper

Method

1) Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain, rinse with cold water; drain, set aside
2)For dressing, in a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, creole, and salt and peppers to taste, set aside
3)In a large bown combine cooked macaroni, prawns, crab meat, onion and bell peppers; toss. Add dressing; toss to coat. Refrigertae 1 to 2 hours.
