Asian Green Beans with ground pork

Submitted by:
based on a restaurant recipe I used to enjoy, made this up to have it at home.
a spicy green beans dish with a meaty sauce/compliment built-in

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins

Difficulty: Medium - experience needed
Serves: 4 - 6

1 lb ground pork (as lean or fat as you like)
2 lbs grean beans trimmed and washed
1 - 3 Tbsp dark soy sauce (to taste, this carmelizes and provides salt)
1 - 2 Tbsp crushed chilis (to taste, this is the heat)
1 tsp allspice (makes meat, taste like MEAT)
1-3 Tbsp sesame oil
1 or more cloves of garlic minced (to taste, I usually use 2 or 3)

brown ground pork with allspice, garlic and crushed chilis
add green beans and stir-fry with the meat and flavours until they just change colour to that nice dark green of cooked green veg
while stir-frying add sesame oil (as a finish really)

Serve hot
