Pina Colada and Tofu Smoothie

Refreshing Pina Colada Smoothie made with Tofu. Great for breakfast or as a dessert

Ingredients

1 cup Orange Juice
3/4 cup Silk Soy Milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup Splenda
3.5 - 4.0 ounces Tofu (I use firm)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
2 small bananas. sliced
1 small handful coconut, shredded
1 cup ice

Method

Slice bananas and freeze for at least 15 minutes. Remove from freezer and add to blender. Add all other ingredients, and blend until smooth and creamy.
