Scones - Lemonade

Ingredients

1/2 cup schweppes Lemonade
1/2 cup thikened cream
2 cups SR flour
2tsp baking powder

Method

Sift dry ingredients
Add lemonade and cream
Mix with metal spoon of knife until moist dough forms
Turn out on to floured board and gently knead together...don't handle too much.
Push dough flat to about 2.5 cm thick and cut with scone cutter, brush tops with milk
Place on baking tray and bake at 220 C for 10-12 min
