fresh spinach, washed
sliced strawberries or mandarin oranges in the off season
1 cup carmelized walnuts
red grapes, washed and cut in half
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1/4 cup chopped purple onions
One bottle of raspberry vinagrette dressing
Carmelize walnuts by heating a skillet of butter and brown sugar, the stirring in the walnuts till coated. let cool.
Wash and prepare all other ingredients except dressing, mix together and chill. pour on dressing and toss right before serving.
