Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Pork tenderloins (1 per person)
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
200ml single cream (or creme fraiche for a slightly healthier option!)
Half a glass of red wine / sherry
Chop the onion and garlic finely and fry in olive oil until softened.
Slice the pork tenderloin and fry gently.
When the pork is cooked add the red wine and whole grain mustard.
Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Turn off the heat and stir in the cream.
