Badger's Sweet Potato Chilli

Quick and easy recipe - no real cooking needed, just a slow cooker! Takes 6+ hours so you can pop the ingredients in before you go to work and it will be ready when you get back :o)

Ingredients

2 red onions
1 red pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 sweet potatos
1 jar passata
1 tin kidney beans
1 tin cannellini beans
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Method

Chop ingredients then chuck everything into a slow cooker, stir well and add enough water to cover the ingredients. Alter Paprika and Cayenne pepper quantities as required depending on preference.

Cook for 6+ hours.
