12 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of milk
assorted fruits cut up into bite sized pieces. Such as apples, oranges, pineapples, kiwi, strawberries. You can also use cubes of angel food cake and marshmallows.
Melt the chocolate and milk in a double boiler. If you donâ€™t have a double boiler, melt in a bowl over a boiling pot of water until melted and smooth. Pour into a fondue pot, if you have one, or just a simple serving dish. Place fruit on a plate with toothpicks. I prefer to drench the fruit in chocolate, but itâ€™s all up to you.
