1 lb. capellini(*)
6 large garlic cloves, minced
¾ teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
½ cup TSITALIA® (*) extra-virgin olive oil
Finely grated zest from 2 lemons
3 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
¾ cup chopped flat leaf parsley

1.Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup cooking water and drain pasta in a colander.
2.While pasta is boiling, cook garlic and red pepper flakes in oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderate heat, stirring until garlic is golden, about 5 minutes.
3.Stir in zest, then lemon juice, salt, pepper, and ½ cup of the reserved water and bring to simmer.
4.Toss pasta in sauce with parsley. If pasta seems dry, add more of the reserved cooking water.
