2 kiwi fruit, peeled and finely diced
½ cup finely diced red onion (125 mL)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice (25 mL)
2 tsp packed brown sugar (10 mL)
½ tsp dried oregano (2 mL)
1. In a small bowl, stir together the kiwi fruit, onion, lime juice, sugar and oregano.
2. Makes 1-1/2 cups (375 mL).
