kimchi fried rice

Delicious Korean Kimchi fried rice

Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 15-20 mins

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 4


Cooked white rice (5-6 cups)
Kimchi (can find at a korean grocery store) - chopped into 1cm size
1/4 cup of kimchi sauce
ground beef or ham (cubed) or sliced pork belly (cut into bite size pieces)
1 tbs oil
4 eggs (Fried sunny side up)


Heat oil on skillet
throw in meat of your choice and kimchi and cook until meat is done and kimchi is soft
Throw in rice and kimchi sauce and stir fry until rice is well incorporated

Finished when rice is warm and kimchi and meat are well incorporated

Top with a fried egg (sunny side up)
may drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil on top for more flavour
