Tuscan Style Sirloin Steak

1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin steak (about 1 inch thick)
3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 up pitted Nicoise or Kalamata olives
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped oregano


Heat grill. Sprinkle steak with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Grill steak, covered, with medium heat or coals 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare, turning once. Remove steak; cover loosely with foil. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Meanwhile, lightly crush tomatoes with hands into medium bowl. Stir in olives, oil, lemon juice, oregano and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Serve over steak.
