Stuffed Snow Peas

Ingredients

35 very young snow peas
1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp homemade mayo
1/4 tsp salt

Method

Rinse the snow peas well under cold water, snap off the ends and remove any strings.
In a medium bowl, pour enough boiling water over the peas to cover, let stand for 1 minute; drain. While still warm, open one side of each pod with a sharp knife. Let cool
In a small bowl, blend together the remaining ingredients. Fill each pod with a small amount of the cream cheese mixture. Chill, covered in the fridge for at least 1 hour
