Leaf lettuce (mixed bag of sweeter varieties best, no mustard greens)
Fresh Baby Spinach
Sliced Almonds
Alfalfa Sprouts
Briannas Blush Wine Vinaigrette Home Style Dressing

Rinse small lettuce pieces and broken up pieces of of spinach minus the stems in cold water. If you have a salad spinner this will work great as it rinses and dries, as well as mixes the lettuce and spinach together.

In a bowl toss the lettuce/spinach mixture with some of the Blush Vinaigrette then plate it. Make sure not to add too much dressing. You just want a light coating rather than having the mixture soaking in it.

Take a small amount of alfalfa sprouts and pull apart and sprinkle across the top of each plate of salad.

Wash strawberries, remove tops, and slice. Place slices on top of each salad.

Sprinkle sliced almonds on the top middle area of each salad.

This has a nice sweet taste to it without being overly sweet. A great tasting and pleasing looking dish when you're looking for a side to go with your meals.

I will post a picture when I make it next time.
