Oven Baked Fries

Ingredients

4 russet potatoes
3 egg whites
Garlic Salt
Italian seasoning

Method

Cut potatoes in half and then length-wise into 1/4 inch slices.
Coat each slice in egg whites.
Arrange slices on no-stick baking sheet or spray sheet with canola cooking spray.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
Bake at 350F for 30 mins.
For crispier fries broil for an extra few minutes.
