Pineapple Suprema!

Grilled pineapple with vanilla icecream and hot caramel! YUMMY!

Serves: 8


1 Fresh Pineapple
1 Half Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
1 - 8 oz. jar caramel topping, heated


1. Peel pineapple and cut crosswise into 8 half inch thick rings.

2. Remove core from each ring.

3. Grill the rings directly over medium heat on an oiled grate for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear. Set aside. Top each ring with a scoop of icecream and drizzle with hot caramel.

Optional: Garnish with maraschino cherries for color!
