1 bottle of Prosecco
250ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice (use Sanguinello blood oranges if possible)
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. orange liqueur (try using Aperol)
Make sure your bottle of Prosecco is nicely chilled. Squeeze your blood oranges and mix the juice with the sugar and liqueur. Stir well to combine, making sure the sugar dissolves. Cover and chill the mixture.
When you are ready to serve, pour the orange mixture into the bottom of champagne glasses and top with Prosecco.
